Return Policy: The Worthy Dog will pre-authorize any return due to product defect or shipping errors. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Effective January 1, 2021 we have simplified our shipping policy for U.S. Domestic Rates*: Any order above $500 will be FREE SHIPPING (excluding toys); any order between $200-$500 will be a flat rate of $18.00 (excluding toys). Drop ship fee will be $8.00 and any additional handling fees has been eliminated. For all International (non-United States) Orders, actual cost of shipping and custom duty (if applicable) will be charged to your credit card as additional charge at the time of shipping.
*HI, AL and Guam may require additional shipping charges.
