Mix and match any products to achieve our wholesale minimum order policy of $100. Prices on website are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, duties or other fees. We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.
Selling Terms
Placement of your order indicates you are aware and agree to our Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy. Exceptions must be agreed to by Only An Ocean LLC in advance.
Please contact us for prior approval before selling any of our products on an online environment such as Amazon or eBay. All product brand images and descriptions must also be approved by Only an Ocean LLC.
Order Pricing & Substitution
We reserve the right to update pricing based on the increase in costs passed along to us through our vendors. A 30 day notice on any price increases will be posted on our website if applicable. A 30 day grace period will be honored on orders that are received prior to the effective increase date. Closest substitutions of PoochieBells on our of stock patterns will be made whenever applicable. Be sure to note "no substitutes" should that be your policy. Backorders will be kept open until new product arrives to fulfill your order unless cancelled prior by you.
Shipping
Shipping charges are billed separately and are not included in the product cost. We typically charge 10-15% (min shipping charge of $12.00) of your order total to cover the cost of shipping from either of our warehouses (exceptions apply both lower & higher in some cases based on product costs and size). Our warehouses are located in CT, KY and SC. Merchandising display units shipping charges are based on the carrier. Unless otherwise requested, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground and international orders are shipped via USPS or freight services, whichever is more economical. Orders are typically processed within ten business days of receipt of the order. Please indicate if you have any shipping requirements beyond our company policy or if you wish to use your company's shipping account number.
Shipments returned to us or carrier surcharges for incorrect shipping address given on order are subject to additional shipping charges for reship services.
Branding
Resale of any Only an Ocean LLC products must include proper product names, images, and official logos. Please contact us for any images needed as we have a full range for your use.
