Return Policy: Jacqueline's Originals endeavors to satisfy every customer. However, we recognize that from time-to-time one of our items may arrive broken due to circumstances beyond the control of Jacqueline's Originals or its customer. Also from time-to-time a customer may feel it necessary to request authorization to return an item. Bearing in mind that each of our products is produced to fulfill a specific order, the following Return Policy governs all transactions:
No item may be returned without a Return Authorization from Jacqueline's Originals.
Jacqueline's Originals will provide a store credit or at its sole discretion, a refund for an item returned. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returned orders. Customers returning items after 15 days from date of receipt will receive store credit less the 25% restocking fee. All returns are exclusive of any shipping charges.
Exchanges must also be authorized prior to return shipment, however, there will be no additional shipping charges for the new item.
