Return Policy: Jacqueline's Originals endeavors to satisfy every customer. However, we recognize that from time-to-time one of our items may arrive broken due to circumstances beyond the control of Jacqueline's Originals or its customer. Also from time-to-time a customer may feel it necessary to request authorization to return an item. Bearing in mind that each of our products is produced to fulfill a specific order, the following Return Policy governs all transactions:
No item may be returned without a Return Authorization from Jacqueline's Originals.
Jacqueline's Originals will provide a store credit or at its sole discretion, a refund for an item returned. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returned orders. Customers returning items after 15 days from date of receipt will receive store credit less the 25% restocking fee. All returns are exclusive of any shipping charges.
Exchanges must also be authorized prior to return shipment, however, there will be no additional shipping charges for the new item.
Jacqueline's Originals is now in its third decade of producing items for people who love their dogs. Our product line combines whimsy and imagination with accurate renditions of more than 150 breeds of dogs. Each breed head and body is the product of consultation with AKC judges, breeders and the study of the AKC written standards.
Through the years as our product line has expanded we have worked to find new and interesting products for our customers. We understand that products that display well, sell well, and to that end, all of the items in our line are unique and crafted with the care and the effort to provide you with that little "something extra" that helps set you apart from your competitors.
In our continuing effort to provide new products; we have recently added a Cat Line. Now your feline loving customers will have an opportunity to purchase many of the items offered to dog lovers.
Jacqueline has sculpted each animal head and body. The casting made from the original sculpture is done in a durable resin material chosen for its ability to reproduce each detail. All of the items are then hand painted and incorporated into the products we offer to you.
We value our relationship with each retailer who chooses to carry Jacqueline's Originals product line. We are always working to improve and expand our line. We sincerely hope that you will visit us frequently. You can look forward to occasional "Web Only" specials!
Because we assemble each product exactly to your order; we ship approximately 2 weeks from the day of your order. Whenever possible an order will go out sooner. It is important that you plan according to this lead time.
